A flight delay airport pickup in Liverpool should not leave you stranded. If your flight lands late, your driver adjusts the pickup time and waits for you. Here is how it works with Airport Transfers Liverpool.
How We Track Your Flight
We track your flight in real time once you give us your flight details. Because of this, we adjust your pickup time automatically for early or late arrivals. You do not need to call us to change anything.
Free Waiting Time After Landing
Every airport arrival includes 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. So you have time to get off the plane, clear the terminal and collect your bags without a rush.
What Happens if the Delay Is Longer?
Some delays run longer than an hour. In that case, we stay in touch with you and agree the best option together. First, we check where your flight is. Then we confirm the new plan with you.
Finding Your Driver When You Land
Your driver waits in the pickup area and texts you as soon as you land. Once you have your bags, give them a call. We also send your driver details 2 to 4 hours before pickup, so you know who to look for.
Your Fare Stays the Same
Your fare does not change if you land late at night or on a bank holiday. Our fixed fares stay the same regardless of the time of day, the day of the week or bank holidays. So a delayed flight is one less thing to worry about after a long journey.
Tips for a Smooth Late Landing
- Give us your flight number when you book
- Keep your phone on and charged after you land
- Tell us if your plans change before you travel
- Share your group size and luggage in advance
